Hi I'm Tom, Chef and Founder of PhoBar.
Having cooked all over the world, finding inspiration from nutritious food, I'm excited to bring to you, this little bowl of health and joy, in the form of traditional Vietnamese Pho. We use local ingredients, in particular our exceptional, fresh, wild seafood caught in the waters off our doorstep.
Alongside fresh, tasty and healthy food, we aim to provide a unique dining experience that we embrace and take pride in. In our little basement restaurant you will find hand crafted tables, good music and atmosphere.

Pho - pronounced 'Fu' - the national dish of Vietnam, is a fragrant noodle soup dish, consisting of a delicate broth, rice noodles, fresh herbs, veg and (meat). The spectrum of Pho is vast, from staple foods, to street food and posh restaurants; we're somewhere between the latter 2. The stock is at the heart of the bowl, providing a full base flavour which is then coupled with rice noodles, a variety of toppings and a dash of your favourite sauce.
All our food is honest, fresh and healthy. We use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
All of our recipes are Gluten and Dairy Free.
We handle nuts.
